Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for approved cases. Please contact info@lumavibedistro.com before returning any product.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

OEM and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

All returns require prior approval from Lumavibe Inc. Return instructions and any applicable shipping arrangements will be confirmed after the request is reviewed.
